8. Google technologies
Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts on our website to display external fonts. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as ‘Google’. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation and economic operation of our website. In order to enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when the website is accessed. Through this access and the connection established with Google, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the font display should be transmitted.
Google provides further information at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated and https://policies.google.com/privacy, in particular on the options for preventing data use.
Google Analytics
On our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
We have activated IP anonymisation, which means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of Fusselzirkus, Google will use the above information to evaluate your use of the web shop, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to Fusselzirkus.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?.
Google AdWords
We use the online advertising programme ‘Google AdWords’ and conversion tracking within the framework of Google AdWords. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad served by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
Google AdWords is only used if you expressly agree to its use via the cookie banner. If you wish to disable cookies for conversion tracking, you can set your browser to block cookies from the domain ‘googleadservices.com’.
Further information on the subject of ‘data protection’ in the context of the Google AdWords online advertising programme can be found at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
DoubleClick
Doubleclick by Google is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). Doubleclick by Google uses cookies to present you with advertisements that are relevant to you. Your browser is assigned a pseudonymous identification number (ID) to check which advertisements have been displayed in your browser and which advertisements have been accessed. The cookies do not contain any personal information. The use of DoubleClick cookies enables Google and its partner websites to display advertisements based on previous visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the USA for evaluation and stored there. Google will only transfer the data to third parties if required by law or within the scope of order data processing. Under no circumstances will Google combine your data with other data collected by Google.
By giving your consent via the banner displayed when you first visit Fusselzirkus, you agree to the processing of data collected about you by Google and the manner of data processing described above, as well as the stated purpose. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of the web shop to their full extent.

III. To whom and for what purposes do we transfer your personal data?
When processing your order, we are supported by service providers to whom we must provide your data in order to carry out the tasks we have assigned to them. These service providers are only authorised to process this data within the scope specified by us and have been obliged by us to delete this data after fulfilment of the service contract.

The PayPal privacy policy can be viewed here.
10. Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (‘Facebook’) to measure conversions.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, the behaviour of page visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.
The data collected is anonymous to us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy. This enables Facebook to place advertisements on Facebook pages and outside of Facebook. As the website operator, we have no influence on this use of the data.
You can find further information on protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also deactivate the ‘Custom Audiences’ remarketing function in the ad settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

User accounts are automatically deleted if you have not logged into your user account for two years. You can also request the deletion of your user account at any time.
C. How is my personal data protected against unauthorised access and loss?
We use technical and organisational security measures to ensure that our users' data is protected against loss, incorrect changes or unauthorised access by third parties. In any case, only authorised persons on our side have access to your data, and only to the extent necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
D. Right to information, deletion, blocking and complaint
You have the right to obtain information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data.
