- 5 cl Schützengin 2024 Edition
- 10 cl limoncello
- 10 cl prosecco or white wine
- 10 cl bitter lemon
- 10 cl sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint

A matter of good taste
A special edition of Beaver's Crown is set to be published again this year. The occasion is what is probably the most wonderful time in the Biberach calendar: the Schützenfest shooting festival.
After last year's design was generated by AI, this year a competition was once again held, inviting artists, designers, and those who aspire to be artists to submit their interpretation of a shooting festival label. A label that embodies the shooting festival, joy, traditions, shooting colors, and perhaps even their own personal history or meaning.
From the numerous submissions, the Round Table's executive committee ultimately selected a winning label. This label adorns the 500 bottles of the 2024 Schützenedition of Beaver's Crowns. In addition, the winner received a donation of €1,000 to give to a charitable organization of their choice in the district of Biberach.
The winning label was hand-painted by Moritz Bader and depicts an eccentric mix of past, present, and future. It is full of Biberach motifs that are closely associated with the Schützenfest, offering numerous opportunities for discovery.
The team behind the MARKSMEN EDITION
Since Roundtable members must be under 40 years of age, the people involved in the creation, marketing, and distribution of our beloved Beaver's Crown Gin also rotate.
Despite this constant change, however, all Tabler members share an appreciation for beautiful traditions, and so it quickly became clear that the tradition of a “Schützen gin” would also be continued in 2024.
Difficult decision on design, but clear winner on taste
While choosing the winning label was really difficult, as there were numerous good entries, the choice on taste was quickly made this time. As always, it was clear that the gin team would personally taste and select the winner.
A selection was prepared for tasting from the collected flavor suggestions. In a small, convivial gathering, several hand-picked samples with completely different flavors were tasted alongside culinary delicacies. The winning flavor is now the gin that will bear the “Schützenedition 2024” label.
